Ironbridge Coracle Trust are pleased to announce that we are funding 13 free places on the popular Green Wood Centre coracle making courses.

• 7-8 May (3 places, 2 day course)
• 26-28 August (5 places, 3 day course)
• 7-9 October (5 places, 3 day course)

We would like to offer these places to people who can make best use of them and spread the word about coracles and coracle making.

If you are interested please apply saying why you should receive this free training.

For example:
• You already work with specific groups (please state which ones)
• You have teaching skills or are working as a trainer elsewhere
• You volunteer with Ironbridge Coracle Trust on the Have a Go at paddling a coracle sessions
• You have similar experience in crafting/bushcraft
• You have the time to commit to sustaining the endangered craft of coracle making

We will also offer additional mentoring support for those who are interested in passing on the skills of how to make coracles.
