We have received these photos of an Ironbridge style coracle made from an HDPE pickle barrel and canvas waterproofed with elastomeric roof coating. Thanks to Richard Greene from California for sending these to us
Ironbridge Type Coracle made in April 2006 under the tutelage of Kevin Grimley now needs a new home where it can be treasured and used. Still watertight and in good condition. Dimensions are: 140cm/55¼” long, 124.5cm/49” beam and 31cm/12¼” depth.
After being postponed in 2024, the Five Miles From Home challenge returns for 2025!
Teifi coracle needing a new home. Frame appears to be in good order but needs recovering. Owner wishes to donate it to someone with the time and knowledge to repair it and bring it back to working order.
